Shri Ramcharitmanas com significado
Shri Ramcharitmanas, also known as Tulsi Ramayan, is a priceless treasure of Hindi literature. It was written by Sant Tulsidas in the 16th century in the "Avadhi language". Among Hindi speakers, it is renowned as the Ramayan.
Tulsidas is said to be the reincarnation of Maharishi Valmiki, who presented the Ramayan to the world in the form of Tulsi Ramayan during the Kali Yuga. This epic was meant to bring welfare and be easily accessible to the common people, and hence it was named "Ramcharitmanas".
Ramcharitmanas holds special significance in Indian culture. Each couplet of Ramcharitmanas contains the syllables S, T, R, and M, representing Sita and Ram. This is why each couplet is considered a mantra and is often recited like one.
